We are high school sweethearts from nearby Lawton who now reside in Oklahoma City with our two young kids. In 2021 we began the journey towards building our Oklahoma vacation home to share with friends and family. We chose Medicine Park because of its charm and proximity to outdoor activities, including the Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge.
The name Gaillardia Getaway comes from Oklahoma's state wildflower, the gaillardia (also known as the Indian Blanket). From April to August, our property is covered in gaillardias and other native wildflowers.
